Viggo app aims to provide a convenient and reliable transportation solution for users seeking private transportation options. The app will facilitate the booking, tracking, and check-in process for private vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for both passengers and drivers. The scope of the project will cover the development of the mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms, along with the necessary backend infrastructure to support the app’s functionalities.

At the earliest state of the project, the focus it’s was to define the core features that align with the app’s main objectives. My first activity was as a consultor, helping to define alongside whit the stakeholders the list of features and the user flows:
Weekly Transport Service Schedule
Provide a feature where passengers can access the entire week’s transport service schedule.
Enable passengers to plan their transportation needs in advance and make bookings accordingly.
Occupied Seats Visibility
Clearly indicate occupied seats in the vehicle to avoid confusion and ensure accurate seat selection.
Update seat availability in real-time as bookings are made and seats are occupied.
Punctuality Notifications
Send push notifications or SMS alerts to passengers to inform them about the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of their assigned vehicle.
Provide real-time updates on any delays or changes in the arrival time to manage passenger expectations.
Driver Arrival Information
Display the driver’s name, photo, and vehicle details to passengers once the driver is assigned.
Show the driver’s current location and ETA to the pickup point to keep passengers informed about the driver’s progress.
Live Tracking
Enable passengers to track the real-time location of their assigned vehicle on a map.
Display the route and estimated time of arrival, helping passengers plan accordingly.
